The Apartments in the unspoilt Maremma close to San Vincenzo

If you are looking for apartments in Maremma, close San Vincenzo and Follonica, in real Tuscan style, our ancient holiday house is the right choice

Holiday Homes ANTICO BORGO CASALAPPI is an ancient village in the unspoilt countryside, close to San Vincenzo e Follonica. Our stonehouse has been completely restored in 2011 to create 42 apartments, pool, tennis and other facilities: a unique place in Maremma.

The apartments have been restored in warm Tuscan style, with wooden beamed  and vaulted ceilings, but they are equipped and furnished to offer you the best comfort. The recovery has been made with care and attention to the maintenance of the essential elements of the original structure. For this reason, each apartment is different from the others and is unique!

The apartments have different locations some are with private garden or balcony, they can be on one or two levels, some of the upper apartments have a view over Isola d’Elba or the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Air conditioning is available in the most of the apartments, washing machine and dishwasher is available in some apartments. All apartments are equipped with mosquito nets.

One-bedroom Apartments

One-bedroom apt standard • 2 adults + 2 children
The apartments are located on the first floor of buildings.

One-bedroom apt with garden • 2 adults + 1 child
The apartments are located on the ground floor with private garden equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.

One-bedroom superior apt • 2 adults + 2 children
Wide apartments with 2 beds on the mezzanine floor in the living room. They are located on the ground floor with a large private garden equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.

One-bedroom apartments are between 35 and 50 square meters large, they can be on one or two levels. They are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Washing machine and/or dish washer available in some apartments.

One-bedroom apartments are divided as follows:

  • Living room with double sofa bed, dining area and TV
  • kitchenette with 4-zone hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary kitchenware
  • double badroom
  • bathroom with shower
